baby thoughts....

There are so many times in a day I wish I could hear what Abbi is thinking. I wonder what goes through their little minds. Only sweet things about how much they love their mommy, I'm sure! As you can see this little one is quite vocal. She especially likes to express herself during quiet moments like sacrament meeting...

Fish for Dummies....

Well, I am here to announce that it only took us three days to kill our fish! Yes, Syth, Corkscrew, and Lydia Pond have already met their porcelain king. My sweet, sweet husband decided to clean out the fish bowl with Olivia on Monday evening. On Tuesday morning we woke up to three dead fish. I ever so lovingly asked DuVall, "What did you do?!" To which he replied, "I cleaned it out!" To which I replied "With what?" To which he replied, "Only soap and water!" Oops. Soap residuals kill fish, apparently. Now we know. So, last night DuVall came home with this. And a new Syth, Corkscrew, and Lydia Pond.

Equipped with its own filter the tank doesn't need to be cleaned but once a year!

Tubby Tunes

So, Livi was in the bath tub tonight singing some primary songs. When she started singing "Follow the Prophet" DuVall and I could not hold back the laughter. Apparently Adam and Eve did not live in Eden! How could we have been so wrong...

Crawling...? AND Fish!

Not exactly what you would call crawling but bless her heart she sure tries hard!
Our future gym teacher...
" Now, if I can just get over these thighs...."

Olivia's new fish!

Syth (DuVall's) is the dark one, Corkscrew (Amy's) is the orange one, and Lydia Pond (Olivia's, named by her) is the white with red spot one.

Toilet flushing ceremonies are definitely in my future.

Emma's Day

Every April 7th we visit Emma's grave. The last two years the weather has been sunny and warm and beautiful! This year we woke up to SNOW!
Livi sure loved it!

Olivia with her Auntie Megan

After attending and listening to conference and spending time with family and friends, visiting Emma's grave was a perfect way to end our trip.
Until next year angel girl!

Motherhood...

There were so many wonderful talks given at General Conference. Well , they were all wonderful! However, this one spoke to me as I'm sure it did to all women throughout. In case you missed it....
It's a must read!
Isn't it amazing how much our Heavenly Father loves us! He knows the challenges we face, He knows our every joy. We are certainly not alone!
