This year for Spring Break me and the girls, along with my parents, took a little road trip up to St. George and Provo. DuVall had to stay behind for work. While we were there DuVall's grandfather passed away and DuVall ended up joining me and the girls in Salt Lake for his funeral and family time.
Unfortunately I forgot my camera so any pictures I have are from my phone. And I was pretty lame about taking pics.
Blame it on my pregnancy brain.....
Here's the few pics I took from the trip...
My parents and nephew T, enjoying time in St. George
Riding Uncle "Paulie's" horse was a highlight for the girls.
So glad they are not terrified of horses like their mommy!
(Actually I love them, just don't make me ride one. Too many scary riding moments as a kid.)
A visit to Emma's grave in Provo...
always a special thing for us.
DuVall's grandfather passed away at the age of 96. He was by far the sweetest man I have ever met and left a wonderful legacy for his family. He is, obviously, where DuVall gets his name and holds a very special place in our hearts.
We will miss him dearly.
